Congratulations for having great taste. Here’s a little more about your recent purchase.
This premium raw Manuka Honey has been creamed and blended to give consistency of texture while retaining a delicate, distinctive taste experience.
It is un-pasteurised and contains no additives – just 100% pure NZ honey.
This Premium Raw Manuka Honey has been labelled MGO 265+ (10+) but is actually an MGO 441 (13.7). (See Analytica Lab report below). You have in your hands the perfect everyday Manuka eating honey but one that is sufficient to use topically on medical bandages.
Ideal for daily eating. This is high-grade Manuka honey and we recommend a teaspoon first thing in the morning, either by itself or with a glass of warm water. It can be used on surgical dressings to assist wound healing and MGO 263+ is used in hospitals worldwide.
Keep your honey in a cool location away from direct sunlight and in a tightly sealed container. We recommend you use the original container your honey came in although any glass jar or food safe container will work.
National Park is a small town on the North Island Central Plateau and gives us access to large areas of native bush including areas dominated by Manuka. At an altitude of 825m it is the highest township in New Zealand and so the Manuka in this area flowers later than in the North. The honey produced from the Manuka trees growing in this cold and harsh environment has a rich distinctive and aromatic Manuka flavour.
National Park is located at the base of Mount Ruapehu,
Mount Ngauruhoe and Mount Tongariro.
Skiing, hiking, kayaking and hunting make National Park and adventure playground.
